Unlocking
Magnificent Malcom cannot be received as a drop like other bobbleheads. Instead, to unlock him, a garage upgrade kit like the Outfitting Station or Parts Locker needs to be put into the Matter Deconstructor, giving the upgrade kit back as well as Magnificent Malcom.
